I started my baby to solid food from last 2 days she vomit today 3 time's... what should I do ??? should I stop solid food ???? she is on breast milk should start formula milk also ????

A. the baby is only 5 months of age it is advisable to start giving semi solids in solids to the baby once baby complete 6 months and enter seventh month of age
