I should have periods on 20 nov 2022 but today I had morning sickness like nausea ? is it symptoms of pregnancy and if we check today in pregnancy kit does it shows accurately

A. get ultrasound n hcg. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
