I recently saw that a very minute portion of the teeth of my 2.5 yr old kiddo is chipped off. Its like a dot in the middle of the teeth. Do i need to worry

A. it is better to visit a dentist and get it check as nothing can be said without a proper clinical examination otherwise also first dental visit is mandatory by the child's first birthday
