I recently had blighted ovum so had to abort it . My question is, how soon can I get pregnant. and is there any way to avoid blighted ovum. Iam 37 yrs

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Having a blighted ovum in one pregnancy does not alter your chance of having a successful pregnancy in the future. If you have had one miscarriage, your next pregnancy is likely to be normal

It’s important that you first get you check with your gynaecologist and go ahead with what they suggest because without a proper checkup and all it’s very difficult to save should be conceiving and whether the medicine is going to make a difference or not
