Hi, you can give five meals in a day in an interval of four hours between each solid food In a smaller quantity.Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses each day so that baby will get all the nutrients equally. In between this you can also give liquids like coconut water fresh fruit juice made at home, buttermilk, milkshakes, vegetable soups and always give lukewarm water to drink which helps in good digestion. Expose your baby to sunlight take him out for cycling and playing for about one hour in a dayWrite Your Answer Here
