I noticed few dots on my 8 months old baby tongue...pls can you tell wat is this

Till that time I do not see it I cannot tell you what it maybe so you can actually either post the picture when you repost your question or you can check with your doctor on that because after a checkup only we can be more certain about what the situation can be and what is going to be a solution to that
