i noticed a white dot on my daughter's nail yesterday. m giving her d3 0.5 ml everyday. does she has calcium deficiency?

A. she is 11mo th okd such white spots on nails are not always due to calcium or vit d deficiency. b better to give her well balanced dier n breast feed on denand.
