I never had any swelling in legs during my pregnancy. it's been one week after delivery ( normal ). my right leg is swelling and my face is little swollen.

A. then get tested. rest. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
