i m working mom i refregerate my breast milk is it ok to keep milk bottle in boiling water to warm milk?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes that's right. you should place it in a container of hot water where it can absorb heat from some of the surrounding liquid. First, heat up the water, that you are going to use, in a small container. Then, place the container of frozen milk in the container to warm up.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good afternoon yes absolutely you can do that I would recommend that if it is being consumed within 6 hours of pumping then you don't have to even put it in the refrigerator for that matter
