kids often suffer from reduced appetite during teething phase.
so let them feed.
start some appetizers and iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

So you need to quit breastfeeding after that only your child is going to accept any other food or feed that you are giving to the child because in mothers continue for a longer duration with breastfeeding prefer having breastfeeding only and that’s not sufficient so it’s high time that you quit breastfeeding
