I'm using pears blue colored soap for my 5 month old son, is that good for him??

Well I think that is for adult not for small kids. You can start using mamaearth baby soap, this brand is made safe certified which means product is safe and it is made for small babies.

if it is not causing any skin allergy then yes you can use it
whenever you are choosing any baby product whether it is Baby Oil lotion soap powder or any product, you have to see whether the child is having any allergy after its usage or not. 
so if the child is comfortable you can use it but if the child develops allergy or any other problem then go for another brand

See It’s basically a glycerin based soap if it is suiting the skin of your child then you can continue it is not an issue because a lot of time doctors say that some skin is sensitive they should only go so if it is suiting your child your child is okay with a glycerin soap then you can of course continue with it
