i m unable to change her night breastfeeding routine.. shez always distracting sleep... how to control tat.. plzz help me

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, this is absolutely normal. But yes you Will have to eat her routine. Make her sleep in the afternoon and avoid napping in the evening time. As evening nap disrupts slew at night. Let her play as much as she wants to.
