NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can take one tablet of dolo 650 and you ca take thrice in a day but if there is no improvement or it is worsening then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe
