Q.

I m taking multigrain atta with bottle gourd… nd not taking ghee nd suger… My baby is not pooping … does my diet effect him ?? He is taking exclusive breast feeding …

A. Hi, It is very normal to poop once in few days to baby in case of breastfeeding dear. Don't worry in this regards. You can have little ghee and suger in diet. No need to avoid them . Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed.
