A. God gives girls only to those , who are capable to handle them with love and affection. post delivery depression which occurs due to change in lifestyle suddenly and you do lack of proper sleep and weakness due to lack of proper nutrition the best treatment to come out through this is to spend more time enjoying with your kid and plan your work According to your comfort. Try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping And have proper nutritious diet along with water intake.

A. So are you unhappy that you have had a second girl child or it is genuine postpartum depression or you are listening things from people that second is also our daughter is that the other how our Indian society pressurise you to have a boy if these are the situation for you then first you’ll have to accept that it is your daughter and this is a blessing for you whether it is a daughter or a son it is a blessing for you and they are always going to be there besides you to understand and prepare yourself first to know and understand what is your problem is it genuinely postpartum depression all your upset with a girl child so except that it is a girl child and be happy that you are blessed with her daughter again for more also I would recommend you that if you want you can always take a counselling with a psychiatrist you can take all your issues with them they will give you a proper help and understanding and medication if required to get get rid of the situation that you are in
