Q.

i m not sleeping well last night n from morning my milk supply become vry low... plz drs ky ek din bhi km sone se milk km hojata h then how i manage things... i m worried now

A. it is quite possible because of stress and strain loss of sleep there can be possibility I have less breast milk supply have peace of mind I have confidence you will get back your milk
