usually it happens because of hormonal changes.
so please take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
apply coconut oil daily on your Hair
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water
it will definitely help
stay stress free
