Q.

I'm having lose motions and I'm breastfeeding my child what food i should take that does not effect my milk supply

A. dear mum what you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause cold and cough to baby since you are suffering from loose motion have freshly prepared home food that is easy to digest maintain good hydration
