SanthoshiMom of a 2 yr old girl2 years agoA. Yes you can It's better to consult with your doctor too and decide regarding the same. -You can have mild antibiotics for normal cold fever n all. Through breastmilk illness cannot pass through baby. So no chances of baby getting affedre
