Maam since you’re feeding you should check with your doctor because for this I think an antibiotic would be required to be given it to the child because antibiotics are going to help me in reducing throat pain as you may be suffering with throat infection as of now you can take ginger juice and honey three times in the day and have more warm water and you can gargle with turmeric water
