I'm getting angry and irritaed to my child very often and she is getting emotionally affected. she started showing anger and disobedience now a days... looks gloomy and distracted from studies

A. First of all you have to control your temper as kids learn what they see so you have to be calm so the child learns how to be calm and composed so start meditation and pranayama and instead of reacting to situations respond it after sometime
