Q.
i m facing pain in breast while feeding n after feeding also. my nipples are also cracked. i m using nipcare cream from last 15 days ..also checked from dr.took medicine zerodol prescribed by dr ..but nipples are not healing..breast is steel paining from sides n down. what to do. breast feeding become so painful ๐ฃ..plyz help me out..i m tired of being panic everytime.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Regularly apply warm compress on the paining area. Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Try using a nipple shield while breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
