Q.
I'm delivered a boy baby on April 6 th 2021 after that I got my periods with in a month but after that till now I don't get my periods,I'm exclusively breast feed my baby.Is delayed periods is normal

Delayed or irregular periods are normal after delivery as long as you are breast feeding your baby
but give her more breast milk as long as possible as it's the best food for her
take sunbath daily
