Q.
I'm breastfeeding 1 month 10 days baby. can I have ragi ball or ragi malt 1 time in a day? will that cause any indigestion to my baby as he is on breastfeeding. also can I have curd and butter milk? will this effect baby's health by any way?

have healthy and balanced diet
