I’m breast feeding mother of 2 months baby, during pregnancy I got warts(dark coloured spots) on face, neck and over chest and it’s first pregnancy. Are they need to be treated or go off themselves?

Try applying your breastmilk on those warts and then check. If they don't go on own in few days then you can go for medication for that.
Generally warts are needed to be treated using medicine. Don't worry. First try applying your breastmilk on that.
