I m a working women and when I come back home I see my child eating chocolates and when taken away she yells and scream and hit me and wants the chocolate no matter what. she keeps crying until she has the chocolate back . what can I do in this situation??

Ensure that your child has other healthy options to eat and that in a very visible attractive form so that your child gets inclined to eat the healthy food more. Be creative in your presentations and recipes.
