I'm a nursing mother weighting 78kgs. Can I do skipping exercises to lose weight? I have a heavy upper body.

A. Hi Since your baby is 10 months & has started complementary feeding, you can exercise daily to lose weight Start with slow walk, brisk walk to gain stamina. then you can start skipping as skipping is a high intensity workout
