I m a mother of 15 month old baby my period end on 21st April but suddenly on 28 April period started again. little bit warry

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well its normal only once in a while. do not panic. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

it might happen because of hormonal changes.
please take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
if the flow is heavy and if it remains for more than 5 days , please visit your gynecologist
