I'm a lactating mother of 3 months can i take oziva protein and herb powder along with milk or will it affect my baby ?

I am not very sure about it whether you should be taking it currently or not so you can talk to your lactation doctor about it if she says that the supplements are healthy to be taken currently then you go for that but don’t take anything from your own side as of nowWrite Your Answer Here
