I'm a father of baby girl, she has born on 26/12/2020 & it's been around 4+ months over. mother feeding (milk) both sides is good. my spouse compliant about 1) itching and black spotted marks in between breast. 2) irregular periods since post delivery.

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi, Generally due to delivery there is more weakness and Nutrition loss in your body. Causing irregular periods. Also brestfeeding has effects on periods.
Periods may start after one and half month
after delivery or not even till one year after delivery. And remains irregular for about 1 year. So not to worry about it. Just have proper sleep with good nutrition. Use proper contraceptive method. Take care.
