I'm a breastfeeding mother to 2 months old baby. My daughter has gas problem, sometimes she has problem in passing gas, so she cries. What food I should avoid that can cause gas problem to my daughter??

A. give proper burp and after every feed take him or her on shoulder for 10-15 mins.tummy massage or applying gentle pressure to the baby’s belly, massaging the baby’s belly in gentle circular motions to help work out gas
