I m a breastfeeding mother for 7 months baby. can I take centrum silver multivitamin tablet

A. hello u being a breastfeeding mom do not take any medicine or supplement unless advised by ur doctor n is better to check and she will be able go guide u accordingly based on the needs which should be better n safe
