I'm a breastfeeding mom of 4 months old. can I consume peanut butter on Daily basis...

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you can consume peanut butter on daily basis. Please massage the baby with BabyHug cold pressed coconut oil and almond oil. Also use a good brand moisturiser like BabyHug moisturiser or MamaEarth moisturiser for the baby. Please apply sun screen lotion to the baby before going out in sun. Thanks and take care
