I m a breast feeding mom,n I took covishield today.my baby s 7.5 months old, can I breast feed baby today?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no problem in giving breast milk to the baby even if you had taken the vaccine today itself Covid-19 Yes very safe we can take the vaccine since the government has given permission for both pregnant women and lactating mothers take the vaccine there are many countries where the efficacy and safety is established

As you may feel lethargic pain or fever or pain on the injected area. But they are all manageable with paracetamol. Just eat good and healthy diet and drink lots of water
