I'm 8 months pregnant with my second baby. I'm having sudden sharp pain on my upper stomach and back..pain is on and off at times..what will be the reason

If the duration is reducing that there could be a chance of you slipping into labour also so it would be better for you to one time consult your gynaecologist is this which is difficult to say what would be the reason because sometimes the sharp pain coming and going on and off can be a sign for labour also
