I m 8 months pregnant and I ate makhana's in morning everyday...is it healthy?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes makhanas are very healthy as they are rich source of iron and calcium. Also take other healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Please try to do walk for atleast thirty minutes daily. Continue with the supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist. Eat eggs and chicken and take chicken soup. Thanks and take care
