Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes you may but instead of it ,it is better to take indirect steam inhalation . drink warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt ,take it in 2 tbsp quantity twice in a day keep your body well hydrated take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
