I m 6 weeks 5 days pregnant. My foetus heart rate is 120 bpm as per recent usg . Is this normal or anything to worry

just have proper nutritious diet and adequate water intake to maintain good health and also have regular daily walking

so as such no need to worry
please take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist
take prenatal vitamins as per your doctor's prescription
