I'm 6 months pregnant and my test report shows thalassemia... does it effect my baby development, like it's weight, size and growth?

A. it depends whether the thalassemia is minor are major for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
