Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. hi you must consult your gynecologist it is very important take iron , calcium and folic supplements as per your doctor's prescription. take Healthy and nutritious diet don't sit or stand for long period take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
