I'm 4 month pregnant and what's the best time to get vitamin d3 in a day from sunlight?

A. Hi , Morning 7 to 8 AM and Evening 5 to 5:30PM are the best time for taking sunbath with a walking is very good for both mom and child.

My toddler when my husband is around she doesn't come to me at all..at first I thought like she misses her father from work may b bco of that she wants to spend more time with him..but when I take her for any reason she cries..and want to stay with her father only..is she scared from me of any reason..like some time I scold her...please advise..

A. for pregnant ladies 8am-1pm is best time but after 11am it will be difficult to get sunlight sometimes fainting or tiredness occurs due to excess heat.better to get sunlight between 8-10 am stay hydrated.

A. hi early morning Time I mean around 8 o' clock to 10 'o clock is best otherwise you can take it any time between 8o' clock to 2 o'clock avoid drinking RO water
