i m 32 year old...breastfeeding mom..my baby 2 year 8 month old...my right side breast feel hard..when i touch..lilttle blister on my that nipple..no pain in breast only pain . wen baby suck nipple blister pain.breast feel like small ball on upper side wen i touched...my periods 4 day delay.no pregnancy

express out milk..
warm compress
gently massage to get relief
a blister is there visit the gynaecologist and get checked don't neglect..
