Q.

I m 29 weeks pregnant, sometimes my abd feels hard and heavy..this last for few seconds..this happens 4-5 times during day...is it normal

A. hello if it is happening frequently and something unusual and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor as you are expecting mom and a proper medical investigation would help which would be better and safe for the baby also and better take precaution
