I m 12 weeks pregnant now (second pregnancy)but my belly looks big what's the reason to look big in first trimester? the doctor confirm single fetus in 7 weeks scan so it's not twin pregnancies but why feeling my belly looks big

Have sometimes Women gain a lot of weight on the tummy area because they eat a lot and sometimes it could be due to bloating also facing any issue of bloating or something because these are the only reason for the belly to look big in an early time of pregnancy
