Start with a balanced and nutrient rich diet instead of capsules 
Have. Protein with each meal that breakfast lunch and dinner like paneer, dal, oats, curd, egg, milk, sprouts, soya, mushrooms 
3-4 servings of green vegetables in the diet 
Also include dry fruits and peanuts in the diet 
Water 2-3 litre per day 
Have small and frequent meals 
If still not gaining weight get a complete blood check done to rule out any deficiencies or problem
