Q.

i hv 9 month baby ... nd he nt having food at all .. mean is it enough to keep them on formula milk??? in a day how .any times we hv to feed him ..?

A. Hi, Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies and fruits in a week. You have to give four solid feed in a day. 8 AM-ragi porridge 12 PM-any fruit purée 4 PM-any vegetable purée 7 PM-Upma or rice porridge. In between this give a gap of two hours and you can breastfeed and give water, Dal water. Avoid salt, sugar, citric fruits, dry fruits, honey, cow milk until baby complete one year.
