I having 11months 2 weeks baby girl ,from the last 4days she is not eating anything drinking milk i s also less & also from the last 3days she is suffering from fever I had taken paracetamol syrup now she is ok. But the problem is she is not eating anything.

A. as the baby hd fever baby has loss appetite so nt interested in hving food gv small serves some favourites.. keep baby well hydrated.. start with vit supplements as zincovit.. take care...
