Until then it isn’t advisable to put any undue pressure on your abdomen

Hello ma’am You didn’t mention it clearly that after a C section what month is running so I can just tell you if you had a C-section and have completed 6 to 8 months of your delivery and your stitches are completely healed then go for any kind of workout that is specifically for your tummy area and take a diet from a dietician to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
