I have two grand children. one girl baby have 2y8m. but her weight is 10.7kgs.second one is boy baby have 5months completed. his weight is7.9kgs. both of the weight is healthy or not. what can i do?

yes , weight is absolutely fine
no need to worry
please continue to give Healthy food items to 2 years old child and please provide breasfeeding to your 5 months old child.
