I have twitching of the lips on regular basis. can you please help why this happens? is there anything to be concerned about. I have attached video for reference

Mostly happens due to nutritional deficiencies .
Consult general physician to know about vitamin,mineral deficiencies .
Include fruits,vegetables,leafy vegetables,cereals,grains
milk ,diary products,dals,egg,meat,nuts and seeds in regular meals to meet the balanced nutrition.
